The house is set in greenery above a pebble beach, 50 m from the sea as the crow flies. The grounds include a parking area, a lawn and a brick barbecue. On the south and east sides of the house there are two fully equipped, modernly furnished apartments, each with 4+1 beds and terraces with outdoor tables, mostly covered and pleasant to spend time on. Both apartments and both terraces have a sea view. Guests who rent both apartments have the entire grounds at their sole disposal. Thanks to the proximity of the beach, the equipment and the spaciousness of the indoor and outdoor areas, the apartments are ideal for families with children and pets. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen SAT TV, a fridge with a large freezer, Wlan 0-24h and garden furniture. Medveja lies at the foot of Vojak, the 1396m peak of Mount Učka, which offers a view over Istria and the Kvarner islands all the way to the coast of Italy. In the immediate vicinity of Medveja are the protected Učka Nature Park with well-kept hiking and mountain bike trails, fashionable Opatija, known for its parks, and the famous “Franca Jozefa” coastal promenade, which stretches for 12 km from the coast of Lovran via Opatija to Volosko. Ideal for those seeking a quiet as well as an active holiday.
